Sales Team Coordinator

Location: Rotterdam, the Netherlands

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Attaining direct company sales objectives for the defined strategic markets.
  • Working directly with CEO to identify strategies and tactics as well as developing a strategic business plan to successfully achieve the targeted sales for these markets.
  • Driving the team on a daily basis to achieve stated goals and quotas.
  • Recruiting, hiring, training and developing competent sales people consistent with business needs and company policies.
  • Managing both remote and local employees.
  • Successfully managing internal resources needed for success.
  • Identifying and sharing in process improvement; communicating better means to achieve sales goals, promote efficiencies and generally enhance the working environment.
  • Reporting: submitting monthly reports to management that reflect closed business, forecasted business, pipeline development and other management issues or concerns.

 

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • A high degree of personal integrity.
  • The ability to establish a clear and understandable vision.
  • A proven track record of providing leadership with a history of delivering exceptional results.
  • Demonstrable experience of motivating and inspiring a diverse sales force.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology related area required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of professional sales leadership experience.
  • Multi-lingual with strong English speaking and writing skills is a must. The successful candidate will speak Dutch and in addition German would be beneficial.
  • Excellent management, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Strong listening and communication skills.

Sales Germany, Austria & Switzerland

  • Lead generation in target accounts in collaboration with Sales Coordinator/ Managers.
  • Build and maintain a constant/future revenue pipeline.
  • Back office support.
  • Meet core call time metrics.
  • Supporting and preparing accurate weekly forecasts.
  • Create strong business relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Update and maintain customer database.
  • Recommend the most suitable solution according to the customer’s requirements.
  • Provide customer with a wider vision of the Orgacure product and service portfolio.
  • Keep knowledge up to date of the Fresh produce/ Catering industry market and meet training targets to maintain a thorough understanding of Orgacure products, process and promotions to provide the highest levels of sales support.
  • Work with marketing to drive campaigns into specific market segments.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Manage leads in a timely manner.

 

SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Target orientated individual with demonstrable telephone sales experience dealing with B2B customers.
  • Fluent in German and English is a must. Additional language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
  • Graduate or equivalent working experience.

Internships

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Orgacure products are innovative. They are new to the world. As such the commercialization requires excellence in communication in order to make the added value of our products apparent to the consumer. This is only possible if we understand the pain and gain of our customers and incorporate this knowledge into the development of our products.

As an intern at Orgacure, you will be directly involved in shaping and implementing our business strategy. This could involve creating marketing content (homepage, newsletter/ direct mail, brochures), improving our corporate identity or supporting the sales team in all tasks internally and externally on a daily basis. The exact scope of activities depends on you: We will not give you barriers as long as you take ownership for the responsibilities assigned to you.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Desire and capability to work in a start-up environment
  • Mutual interest for Marketing, Media & Communications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as creativity
  • MS Office, especially ppt. Other Software skills such as Photoshop, Dreamworks, WordPress are a plus
  • Languages: English. Other languages are a plus
  • You can adapt yourself quickly to new challenges and know how to interact in a rapidly changing environment
  • Structured and independent thinking & working
